BROEN-LAB Cleanline products are designed, produced and intended for use with 5.0 (99,999%) gases.

All individual parts for these valves are ultrasonically cleaned and dried in order to remove oil and particles from all parts before assembly. We ensure in this way to have a surface cleaner than 100 mg mineral oil/m2, typically as low as <8-15 mg/m2.Immediately after the mentioned cleaning of the individual parts these are assembled and individually tested in a protected area in our production.

Finally, the valve is packed and sealed in a plastic bag. Label on each bag is showing the actual cleanness of the product.
